My reaction to the latest ep was basically "ZOMG JOOOOOOOAAAAAAN".

Apparently I am much more invested in her than I am in Sherlock, in this adaptation, which is interesting; usually it's the other way round.

I would say Joan has changed since working with Sherlock more than Sherlock has changed since meeting Joan, but I can't, can I. Joan's change is more visible; Sherlock's expresses in those moments like at the end of the episode, in the office, on the couch.

I am enjoying the hell out of Elementary.

The character progression for both of them is really enjoyable, I agree. Oh look, two actual humans being human at each other!
