I suspect that, immediately post-movie, most of them are too traumatized to grieve. (I mean, when the Intrepid's crew was killed in the original timeline, that was hard enough; can you imagine what this many deaths has done to them?)

How that trauma and grief plays out should be interesting for all concerned.
